Medicare
Elk Health is an approved Medicare provider. With a referral from your GP, we are able to provide Occupational Therapy services covered by the Chronic Disease Management Plan.
*A gap payment exists for Medicare services.
National Disability Insurance Scheme
Elk Health provides Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants who are plan managed and self managed.
Aged Care
Elk Health works closely with aged care providers offering services to people on Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Care Support Packages (CHSP)
Private Funding
We accept private paying clients. If you have private health insurance you may be entitled to a rebate through your extras cover.
