“Failure is another stepping-stone to greatness”
Belinda is the organisational dynamo who keeps our team running smoothly. With her remarkable ability to get things done while maintaining warmth and compassion, she's truly exceptional at what she does.
Having called both Queensland's sunny shores and various Australian communities home, Belinda brings a rich perspective and down-to-earth approach to everything she does. Her analytical mind coupled with her caring nature makes her a trusted colleague and friend to all.
When not masterfully keeping us all on track, Belinda can be found chasing waterfalls, planning her next hiking adventure or dreaming up future travels. Her community spirit, passion for family, and genuine approach to life make her not just a valuable team member, but a true delight to work with and a proper ray of sunshine for Elk Health.

Ruby is a dynamic occupational therapist whose adventurous spirit and creative approach make her a valuable member of our team. Growing up between Belmont Lake and her family farm in the Lower Hunter Valley, she developed the resilient "can-do" attitude that defines her professional practice today.
With a background spanning classical singing, national aerobics competition, marble sculpture in Italy, and even a brief stint as a pastry chef apprentice, Ruby brings a rich tapestry of life experiences to her work. This diverse background allows her to connect authentically with clients and think outside the box when developing therapeutic approaches.
When not working with clients, Ruby can be found embarking on outdoor adventures—from multiday hikes to mountain biking and skiing. Her beautifully creative nature, warm conversational style, and genuine compassion make Ruby a true asset to our practice and a good egg all round.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience across diverse healthcare settings to our team. From her leadership roles in critical care to her work in rehabilitation and community services, she delivers holistic, evidence-based care with remarkable expertise. Her impressive professional achievements include the Nina Buscombe award from Motor Neuron Disease Australia and multiple Smart Strokes Scholarships.
When not delivering exceptional care to clients, Sarah can be found exploring bush walking tracks with her family, cheering enthusiastically from the sidelines at her children's sporting events, or knee-deep in her latest renovation project. She's always up for an adventure, often dragging everyone along on spontaneous quests to discover hidden natural gems!
Despite juggling a million things at once, Sarah loves making time to help others and gets a real kick out of making a difference.
What Does “Elk Health’ mean?
Selecting a business name is difficult. I wanted something that encompassed the Elk Health philosophy. Something that was inclusive, compassionate, holistic and unique.
My daughters name has the word Elk in it and if anyone knows her, you know she is the most fiercely independent, determined, confident and capable person. These are the exact qualities that I want my clients to feel after they experience intervention with Elk Health. And hence… the name was born!
